Delivery
How delivery works on SADARA for different categories and agreements.
1) Delivery options
- Seller pickup: buyer collects the item from the seller’s location.
- Seller-arranged delivery: seller ships or delivers based on their own provider.
- Third-party delivery: buyer and seller may agree on a courier or logistics provider.
- Digital delivery: for eligible services, delivery can be provided online.
2) Estimated timelines
Varies- Same-city delivery can be same day to 1–2 business days depending on arrangements.
- Intercity shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on provider and distance.
- Large items (vehicles, furniture, bulk goods) may require scheduling and longer lead times.
3) Delivery costs
- Delivery fees are set by the seller or the chosen logistics provider.
- Any extra fees (packing, insurance, customs if applicable) must be agreed before shipment.
- SADARA may display estimates when available, but final cost is confirmed by the parties.
4) Handover & confirmation
- Inspect the item/service delivery upon receipt whenever possible.
- For high-value categories, use an inspection/audit option if available.
- Keep proof of handover (messages, photos, delivery receipt) for disputes.
5) Delivery problems
- If the item is damaged or significantly mismatched, contact support with evidence.
- If delivery is delayed, contact the seller/provider first, then escalate to support if needed.
- Fraud or suspicious behavior should be reported immediately.
Delivery rules may vary by seller, category, and location. Always confirm details before payment.
